Caroline works directly with the community in Upper Afan, along with the delivery partners where she manages the range of training programmes and screenings. Caroline is also a founder member of Spill Media Ltd, developing it from a voluntary arts group to a sustainable Social Enterprise. Lisa joined Ffilm Cymru Wales whilst finishing up her Masters in Film Producing. Previously she set up Zoom, a charity that helps young people engage in film and TV though training and the annual International Young People’s film Festival. Head of Education, Exhibition and Regeneration, ffilm cymru Wales

Emma Flatley joined Ffilm Cymru Wales in September 2011 having previously been the Director of respected Welsh Dance Theatre Trust, Rubicon. As Head of Education, Exhibition and Regeneration at Ffilm Cymru Wales, Emma has responsibility for the planning and delivery of the education and exhibition strategy including close liaison with key stakeholders; including the specialist exhibition group, film festival forum, the film education network and a wide variety of partners across Wales and the UK, including the BFI, Into Film & Film Education Ltd. emma@ffilmcymruwales.com


gavin johnson

Film Regeneration Development Manager, ffilm cymru Wales

Gavin joined Ffilm Cymru Wales in May 2014 after spending 3 years as a freelance business development and funding consultant. Over these years Gavin helped to develop a number of music festivals but specifically Swn Festival which is a 4 day music festival based in Cardiff. Away from Swn Gavin also worked very closely with a number of musicians and artists (mainly Gruff Rhys, Pete Fowler & Mark James) and helped them gain funding and business support for their projects. Gavin has a passion for marketing, business development and sourcing and securing funding for creative projects that benefit communities. gavin@ffilmcymruwales.com


nicola munday

Education, Exhibition and Regeneration Coordinator, ffilm cymru Wales

Nicola graduated with a BA honours in Broadcast Journalism (majoring in documentary film making) from the University of Glamorgan in 2011. Promptly after graduation, Nicola started work as an Account Executive with an experiential marketing agency managing nationwide events and social media campaigns with house-name clients such as British Gas, Gu Puds, Heineken, TKMaxx and more. Before starting as the Exhibition, Education and Regeneration Co-ordinator here at Ffilm Cymru Wales, she was a Project Manager for an international dance organisation, UDO, heading up the company’s newest annual event Dance Show LIVE and the National Schools programme which is the UK’s largest inter-school street dance competition. nicola@ffilmcymruwales.com
